NOEMS recruits will be trained to serve the City of New Orleans as EMTs
The 6-month Recruit Academy includes:
- Paid EMR/EMT training
- Life coaching, mentorship, job readiness training
and physical fitness - National EMT certification
Minimum Requirements:
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old at the time of application
- Must possess an original high school diploma or G.E.D. issued by a state department of education
- A valid driver’s license is required
